Proposal Email

I just wrote an email to this restaurant called Boat House in Fort Lauderdale. Gave it two sentences and it wrote me this whole proposal email to do an entrepreneur mix and mingle event there. Wrote it in seconds and took me 3 minutes to end it and send

Dear [Restaurant Manager],

Hope you're doing well! My name is Patrick Farrell and I'm thrilled to reach out to you. I'm a community leader who is passionate about entrepreneurship and supporting local businesses. I'd like to propose an idea that I believe would be a great way to support our local entrepreneurs.

I've noticed that there are not many opportunities for entrepreneurs to network in our area. That's why I thought of your restaurant as the perfect venue for an entrepreneur mix and mingle happy hour. Your restaurant has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located for entrepreneurs to meet and connect with each other.

I was thinking we could host this event on [date and time]. This would provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to network with each other, exchange ideas and potentially collaborate on future projects.

I have a few questions to make sure we can make this event a success. I'd love to know:

Thank you for taking the time to read my email. I look forward to hearing back from you and discussing this proposal further.

Best regards,

Patrick Farrell Community Leader
