I have reversed my biological age from 29 to 15. Extensively studied human health. Did my own research that took over 4k hours. Created a tracker with over 500 healthy habits to support all 80 organs and 11 systems of human body. Here is the 8 rules of health:

  1. AIR - clean air, make sure to open windows, run air purifier in the house daily

  2. SUNLIGHT - without sunscreen or sunglasses - 10 min in the morning- go watch the sunrise

  3. TEMPERANCE - do not over eat, fast from time to time. Our body either digests or repairs, so give it more time to detox and repair.

  4. EXERCISE - bike, swim, dance in the kitchen - gym is only one of 100s of options so pick something you enjoy! Keep correct posture

  5. REST/SLEEP - don’t”sleep on your rest. Body needs it and will get it one way or another

  6. NUTRITION - eat alkaline foods that give you energy, no processed crap

  7. WATER - clean, filtered

  8. TRUST - that your body have incredible healing powers and does miracles daily, just needs you to work with it and sometimes help provide all the necessary nutrients and help with detox. Stay on high frequency. Do not fear. Do not stress. Practice nervous system regulation (breathwork +empowering self talk)
